I’ve always been drawn to the idea that life isn’t meant to be flat or easy, it’s meant to be climbed.
We all encounter life’s mountains. Some are visible, like health struggles or seasons of change. Others are quieter, like burnout, self-doubt, or simply feeling disconnected from ourselves. Over time, I’ve learned that the way we move through those moments matters more than the mountains themselves.
That belief is what shaped The Mountain and You.
I’m Jacqueline, a health coach passionate about helping people build sustainable habits that actually fit real life. Not extremes. Not perfection. Just steady, supportive change that creates lasting transformation.
But alongside that, I also needed my own way to move through life’s harder seasons. Cookie decorating became one of those spaces for me. What started as something creative turned into something grounding—a place where I could slow down, focus on something beautiful, and quietly work through some of my own personal mountains in the process.
That experience is what led me to create The Frosted Edit, my sugar cookie decorating space where design becomes a form of calm, creativity, and expression.Â
At first glance, health coaching and cookie decorating may seem unrelated. To me, they’re deeply connected. Both ask you to be present. Both invite intention. Both remind you that growth doesn’t have to feel harsh, it can also feel beautiful.Â
This space is really just that idea brought to life.
A reminder that you don’t have to rush your way through the mountains. You can learn to move through them with more awareness, more balance, and more creativity along the way.
