Hi, I’m Jacqueline

I’m a Nurse Practitioner and Health Coach who specializes in helping clients overcome the sense of defeat when it comes to health and wellness. 

I specialize in Lifestyle and Obesity Medicine, and weight loss. I've assisted many clients in prioritizing their health with education, encouragement, and strategies for implementation to improve overall health and wellness.

My Journey Into Becoming A Health & Wellness Coach, Started Back In 2011....

 When I became a mom. The single most important role of my life. The one that I was truly made for and the one that will always be my number 1 priority. Well, also along with being the amazing wife that I am (ha!). In the hustle of life-the juggle of kiddos, work, sports, family, etc…the list goes on. I realized quickly I was losing myself a little in the process. I was loving all the time with my babies and at the same time feeling overwhelmed, guilty, crabby, and impatient. I would lose myself 100 times again if it meant I am doing the best thing for my family. I lost and gained weight, lost and gained, lost and gained. I started working on my own wellness journey then and have really transformed in the process, leading me to where I am today.

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….

I found myself slowly being able to incorporate a little time for me. I realized when I cut out a small portion of my day to exercise, meal prep or just spend a little time to myself, it made a huge difference in my day. I started to feel better and have more energy. I wasn’t as short or impatient with my responses. The more and more this continued, it only got better. I lost weight successfully and started to feel like myself again.

 

From This Moment On, My Life Changed Forever 

I focused very heavily on improving my own health and wellness and created this fierce passion to help others feel what it’s like on the other side. I felt the NEED to share this with others and needed to learn what it takes to teach people the RIGHT way. This led to my Lifestyle and Obesity Certifications and then finally my Health Coach Certification.

I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, underappreciated, and trapped in the chaos of everyday life. I NEEDED something to pull me out and bring me back to myself. I needed to prioritize, organize, and find a small amount of time for myself to be refreshed to be the mom and wife I wanted to be. I took the time for myself, and my life changed in the most amazing ways. This is why I wanted to become a health coach. I want to be a resource to help those struggling with the same everyday mess and guide them in changing the trajectory of their days forever.
