Hi, I’m Jacqueline
I’m a Nurse Practitioner and Health Coach who specializes in helping clients overcome the sense of defeat when it comes to health and wellness.Â
I specialize in Lifestyle and Obesity Medicine, and weight loss. I've assisted many clients in prioritizing their health with education, encouragement, and strategies for implementation to improve overall health and wellness.
My Journey Into Becoming A Health & Wellness Coach Started Back In 2023...Â
 Caring for people and serving others has always been one of my core values. Getting lost in the care of others has a true sense of fulfillment. That is why I became a nurse. I enjoyed being a nurse in the hospital, following orders and care plans by the doctors and caring for my patients. I then decided to become a nurse practitioner, because I didn’t just want to care for my patients, but DIRECT their care plans alongside them.
I have been truly blessed in what I consider a “calling.” I have learned many things from being a nurse practitioner, but the most striking to me is the lack of stress on disease prevention. I found myself always directing patients to the importance of nutrition and exercise in disease prevention and quality of life. I’ve always had a special interest in health and wellness for myself and was/is always a “work in progress.”

But One Day, Something Amazing Happened….
I found a position where I spent a lot of time counseling on healthy lifestyle and I will NEVER go back. I did not realize how many people struggled out there with so much information, or lack there of, on creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself. I too, was there once. Searching for what I should truly do to keep myself healthy mentally and physically for me and my family. They need me and I need to show up!

I felt so passionately about educating and guiding others that I went back to obtain my certifications in Lifestyle and Obesity Medicine. I went even further to become a Certified Health Coach, so that I truly had all the tools I need to guide others. All of these tools I have implemented in my life as well and it is transformational.Â

I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, underappreciated, and trapped in the chaos of everyday life. I NEEDED something to pull me out and bring me back to myself.
